Cancellation & Change in Visit Days
If cancellation/change is informed to Varshavan’s Pune head office (in writing or by acknowledged email)
- More than 10 days from the due date of visit, a sum of INR 1000.00 shall be deducted and the balance refunded.
- Less than 10 days from the due date of visit:
– Cancellation charges upto 50% of total value. Balance shall be towards postponement (only once) for the same number of persons & days up to 3 months from original booking date. - Less than 05 days from the due date of visit:
– Complete cancellation upto 100% of the total value. NO REFUND.
